PMP is a company founded in 2011，which focuses on the development of structural adhesives, film and specialty chemicals.

After its PUR division was sold to the French Arkema Group in 2022, PMP transformed its business to focus on developing reactive adhesive film materials for structural bonding, hence the current PMP membrane.

PMP membrane is committed to the research, development, production and sales of reactive film technology for structural bonding. Headquartered in Massachusetts, USA, with a branch office in Shanghai, China, including acrylic, polyurethane, polyester, epoxy and other chemical systems.
